Lauda, Jean-François
b. 1981
Jean-François Lauda was born in Montreal in 1981. A self-taught artist, he has been a practiced artist for the past ten years. His most recent series of paintings reveals a dreamy atmosphere - a plurality of elements from which emerge often ambiguous feelings. The inspiration for his creations is mainly drawn from a deep affection for nature (equally concrete and abstract). Also practicing "sound art", he has to his credit several performances and collaborations. He lives and works in Montreal.
