Waldburger, Natalie
Le travail de Natalie Waldburger est facilement reconnaissable; très texturées, ses œuvres comprennent plusieurs couches d’encaustique et de cire, créant un effet très doux et lumineux. Natalie a gradué avec mention de l’Ontario College of Art and Design en 1996, y recevant également la reconnaissance la plus haute de son département, soit la Drawing and Painting Department Medal. Elle s’est également méritée des bourses artistiques provinciales et fédérales pour promouvoir son travail, qu’elle expose depuis 1994. Utilisant sa propre image comme modèle, les œuvres de Natalie reflètent son intérêt pour l’image double et le concept du jumeau disparu. Ses peintures font partie de plusieurs collections publiques, privées et corporatives en Europe, en Amérique du Nord et en Australie.
